This tool will BLOW your mind. It performs two main functions: 1) It sends automated text message appointment reminders to your patients directly from your Google Calendar! This is HUGE to reduce drop-offs. If it saves you a visit here and there, it pays for itself very quickly. 2) It allows you to publish a calendar through which your patients can set their own appointments! What?! USE THIS LINK for a 10% discount.

DocPopulator is a must. It allows you to take data from a Google Form (Patient intake) and populate any number of Google document templates. Imagine, your patient fills out a single form and you end up with consent forms, and a half-filled-out initial evaluation with a few simple clicks. THIS IS A TIME SAVER. It’s only $5/month and a cheaper yearly subscription is also available. USE THIS LINK to get the add-on.

This is a very simple, but effective tool. It allows you to send faxes from your email. You simply type in the destination fax #, followed by @srfax.com and you’re done. Easy Peasy. And here’s a link. I was unable to secure a discount, but I’m working on it. Enjoy!

We are proud to announce the creation of this simple Google Doc add-on. It allows you to add a signature anywhere your cursor is located. As a heads up, it works on track pads and on some touch screens as well (an iPad for example, though you must use the desktop version and it tends to work more seamlessly from a Safari browser). If you download and use it, we ask that you please donate what you think it’s worth here, thank you.
